Meet the Team

Kevin Brady, Partner & Attorney

Kevin Brady is an experienced Greenville lawyer and partner with Guest & Brady. Kevin concentrates his practice in helping people with Real Estate transactions. Kevin likes to spend time with his family and loves the outdoors. He enjoys traveling and has had opportunities to experience the world throughout Europe, Asia, Central America and the Caribbean. He has been married since 1995, and he and his wife enjoy and are proud of their son and daughter. Kevin also likes to spend time on activities that help the growth of his faith.

Natalie Bialas, Attorney

Natalie Bialas, a Greenville native, already had years of experience before joining Guest and Brady, LLC in 2018 as a real estate attorney.  She enjoys working with realtors and lenders to provide a smooth, efficient closing process to both buyers and sellers. Providing stellar customer service in all transactions, whether working with a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, is a top priority for Natalie.  

                Outside of the office, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two terriers.  She loves taking trips to the coast, especially Beaufort and Charleston, and enjoys exploring old buildings and museums on her visits.  When in Greenville, you can often find Natalie cheering on her favorite baseball team, the Greenville Drive, or reading a book in her sunroom.

Fran Powell, Paralegal

Fran focuses on protecting the interests of property buyers so they can obtain a clear title. Her work includes title searches, title abstracts, judgments, tax liens, real estate litigation, probate issues, title insurance, right of ways, easements, first place lienholders, title discrepancies, encroachment issues, owners affidavits, HUD statements, leases, bond for titles, contract for sales, assignments, commercial real estate, quit claim deeds, joint tenancy with rights of survivorship (JTWRS), life estates, deeds of distribution, mail aways, ancillary estates, deed prep, buying property out of foreclosure, investment properties, and foreclosure auction purchases.

Jeanna Stone, Paralegal

Jeanna Stone is a real estate paralegal to Kevin Brady and has over 16 years’ experience in performing real estate closings.  She currently lives in the upstate area with her two sons. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and is very active in her church. In her work at Guest and Brady, Jeanna’s number one priority to make sure that clients have a smooth, problem free real estate closing.  Her work includes scheduling closing appointments, communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and lenders throughout the process, preparing closing packages, deeds, affidavits, power of attorneys and other documents necessary for closing, assisting the attorney during the closing process, disbursing funds, mailing out mortgage payoffs, mailing closing packages back to lenders, sending deeds and mortgages for recording after closing,  issuing title policies and solving post-closing issues.

Teressa Harbin, Paralegal

With more than two decades of legal experience, Teresa Harbin joined Guest & Brady in 2017. She began her career working for a small firm abstracting titles. Quickly realizing her passion for the history of each property she made her way into the office to gain a full understanding of the process. She has experience working as a paralegal focusing primarily in real estate in North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, D. C.  and with an emphasis on South Carolina. She has knowledge of complex closings and strong knowledge of title abstracting, title commitments, review of construction related documents, document drafting, third party consents and approvals and public records retrieval. She is also an additional liaison between the clients and our firm meeting directly with the clients, scheduling appointments as well as keeping the client files organized.

Outside of the office Teressa is the proud mother of an Airman in the United States Air Force and very family oriented.   She enjoys volunteering at various homeless shelters throughout the upstate, music, cooking and gardening.    

Barbara Williams, Paralegal

Barbara Williams is a Real Estate Paralegal and enjoys helping clients have an organized, timely real estate closing.  Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Barbara has also resided in Austin, Texas; Bethany Beach, Delaware; and Ocean City, Maryland.  Relocating to Greenville in 1998, she spent the next nine years raising her family and working in the mortgage business, before joining Guest and Brady.  She is proud to say that two of her three children are serving in the United State Marine Corps.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling to Baltimore to visit family and friends.

Barbara spends her time at the office working on title commitments, title policies, title orders, real estate contracts, filing of deeds and mortgages with the Register of Deeds office, and communicating with mortgage brokers, lenders, and real estate agents.

Tony Warren Bridge
Tony Warren, Paralegal

Tony Warren joined the team at Guest and Brady in 2019.  He comes to the team as the newest addition with 20+ years of customer service experience.  He excels in taking care of our customers with a smile and detail oriented focus.  He also excels in process imrpovement and team work.  Tony is new to real estate work but comes with an eagerness and strong work background.  Tony will be handling mobile home de-titling process and other projects/roles.

He is very family focused with his wife, Stephanie, and three children.  He loves to spend time with family and friends.  His hobbies are playing guitar, singing, building websites, and all kinds of gaming.

Michelle Whitelock, Customer Relations Specialist

Michelle Whitelock is our Front Desk Queen Bee. It is a joy for her to assist everyone that comes to Guest and Brady for all areas of personal injury and real estate.

She is from the Fountain Inn/Simpsonville area where she grew up with two sisters, two stepsisters and one brother. She is married to her best friend, Daren, and together they have two boys, three girls, three dogs and one cat.

Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, gardening, discovering new unique places to shop, the beach, lake, mountains, and attending and volunteering at Brookwood Church … but her greatest joy is spreading the love of God.
